Free to use and comes with Delphi source (uses Gen2 to load and render).

Can load DirectX X-files and display them with and without animation.
You can rotate and zoom in, load a texture and specular and bumpmap.

There is also a scan directory mode where you can display all X-files in a directory like a thumbs preview.

You can also make screenshots.

I added a new Version. There is now a main menu with some additional features like two sided Rendering etc.
You can also see min and max values from the first loaded mesh, and if the mesh has bones and you choose a bone,
all further meshes will attach their Position to that bone.

You can also watch the texture and paint on it, but that is not quite finished.
